Course Access and Content Removal Policy

Video recordings will be available for 60 days from the date of the last live session.

If you subscribe after the course has ended, you will have access to the recordings for 60 days from your subscription date.

After this period, all video content will be permanently deleted.

Course files will be available for download during your access period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

All refunds are made in EGP only.

Before the start of the sessions: Full tuition refund minus 3% (online processing fees).

After the first session and before the second session: 50% of the tuition will be refunded.

After the second session: No refunds will be issued.
Refund requests must be supported by the original receipt and a copy of the national ID or passport.
Refunds will be processed within one month from the date the request is received, and the amount will be deposited into the participant’s account. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If this is not possible, the refund will be made in cash.
